Insurance companies are in the business of making money. Because claims reduce profits, it is common for insurance companies to deny legitimate claims with justification.

In fact, in most instances an insurance company will not provide full compensation to an injury victim unless the victim retains experienced legal counsel who is capable of pressuring the insurance company to do the right thing.

Oftentimes in a case we will see insurance companies and their lawyers defend their case by attacking our clients. They don’t talk about the case or the injury, instead they aim their attacks at our client’s integrity. In these false claims, they say that our clients injuries are exaggerated, they could definitely go back to work, their claims aren’t legit. Yet, these allegations by the insurance companies are not supported by evidence. When you take a closer look at our clients’ lives from before their injury, you can see there’s no basic to these companies’ claims. That’s why, rather than allow the defense to dance around these implications, we force them to take that position in front of the jury. From there, we can prove it’s their strategy to win the case and avoid responsibility by showing who our clients really are: hardworking, honest people of New York.
